SMARTIE Goal #1 (MATH)

By May 2025, 80% of students will meet their typical growth goal and 40% of students, primarily those that scored 2 or more years below grade level, will meet their annual stretch growth in Math as measured by the iReady diagnostic.  This will lead to each cohort increasing SBA proficiency by 5% or more.

SMARTIE Goal #2 (ELA)

By May 2025, 80% of students will meet their typical growth goal and 50% of students, primarily those that scored 2 or more years below grade level, will meet their annual stretch growth target in Reading as measured by the iReady diagnostic. This will lead to each grade level cohort increasing SBA proficiency by 5%.

SMARTIE Goal #3 (Whole Child)

By May 2025, 97% of students will not experience exclusionary discipline with less than 2% disproportionality amongst racial subgroups.  By May 2024, 65% of students responding favorably to Student Safety questions and Sense of Belonging questions as measured by the Panorama perception survey.

Engage PLCs in a cycle of inquiry using multiple measures to inform and adjust instruction while disaggregating data through an equity lens
Design, implement, and monitor a MTSS to adhere and respond to academic and social-emotional needs of students toward mastery of core subjects
Elevate scholar voice and ownership by integrating scholar knowledge, culture, experience, and feedback into school planning, instruction/projects, assessments, and classroom norms
