Illahee Sports Schedules are available using the following link: School Details (arbiterlive.com)
The following steps must be completed before Scholars are able to participate in sports:
- Register online at Final Forms
- Choose the sports your Scholar is interested in.
- Doctor completes the Physical Examination Form and Parent uploads to Final Forms.
- Physicals are valid for two years and the original copy must be on file with the Athletic Office.
- Parent completes the Eligibility Form and uploads to Final Forms.
- Scholar completes online forms in Final Forms.
- Parents must compete ALL online registration forms on Final Forms before the scholar will be allowed to participate.
- Scholars must maintain a grade of "C" or better in ALL classes in order to participate in interscholastic sports.

ASB Card
Students must purchase an ASB Card ($15) PRIOR TO THE FIRST COMPETITION. ASB Cards can be purchased with Cash or Check in the Main Office or online with a credit/debit card at the FWPS Payment Portal.
